A law firm’s marketing director described as having an “outstanding reputation” for his work is to join Lewis-Manning Hospice Care in an advisory capacity.
Lewis Barr, Frettens Solicitors’ Marketing & Commercial Director, is to become a member of the Income Generation and Marketing sub committee (IGM) to the Board of Trustees.
The voluntary role provides expert marketing, digital support and advice to the IGM sub committee and newly-appointed Olivia Girling, the charity’s Head of Marketing & Communications.
Clare Gallie, CEO, pictured left, said: “We are so pleased to have Lewis on board in this voluntary capacity.
“He has an outstanding reputation for the work that he does at leading law firm, Frettens Solicitors, and has an amazing depth and breadth of marketing knowledge and skills.”
Lewis said, “I was extremely flattered to be asked to join the hospice in this role and look forward to supporting them in the amazing work they do.
“The management team are clearly very forward-thinking and everyone I have met so far has been wonderful.
“They obviously care deeply about the charity and the families they help.
“Hopefully my experience and insight will prove to be valuable to the board and Olivia, their new Head of Marketing & Communications, and together, we will be able to make a difference.
