"Significant step" says Frettens Managing Partner as Nathan Andrews joins as Head of HR Services

Nathan Andrews has joined Dorset-based law firm Frettens Solicitors as Head of HR Services.

An experienced HR professional, he has spent the last seven years running his own successful HR business, Okana.

Nathan joins Michelle Kemp’s Employment and HR team.

He will work closely with Michelle, Chris Dobbs and Kate Fretten while also enabling Frettens to offer new and complementary services including:

  • Workplace mediation
  • Employment investigations
  • HR case management
  • HR training

Nathan has more than 18 years of people management experience, having gained experience as an in-house HR Manager and HR Director in a variety of different sectors.

He is also a CIPD Level 7 qualified people management specialist with a deep understanding of UK employment law.

Nathan said: “Joining Frettens is a fantastic opportunity for me to leverage my expertise in a broader context working in an established, larger firm.

“I am excited to work alongside Michelle Kemp and the employment team to develop a comprehensive HR Consultancy Service.

“My focus will remain on providing clear, pragmatic, and effective HR solutions to complex workplace issues.

“I look forward to continuing my journey in this dynamic environment.”
