A new UK-wide technology provider has officially launched after three businesses – including two based in Dorset – came together.
ITSB and Quad Vision have joined forces with Data Integration, a division of B2B technology provider DXC Technology.
They’ll now operate under one brand – Vizst Technology – and provide an enhanced portfolio of services to businesses across the UK.
The announcement comes a year after Dorset Biz News reported the merger of ITSB, which started in Founder Lee Dredge’s lounge in 2010 and grew to 20 staff with 170 customers, and Quad Vision, a leading edge audio visual specialist.
Both retained their separate brands with Quad Vision sitting as the audio and visual arm of ITSB.
Vizst Technology is headquartered in Poole with additional offices in London and Newbury.
It offers a range of complementary services including network infrastructure design and creation, IT security solutions and comprehensive IT technology.
The company serves 450-plus customers, primarily across public, enterprise, charity, and education sectors, and employs 45 people.
Richard Betts is CEO with Lee Dredge, pictured right, moving across from his role as Managing Director and Founder at ITSB to Chief Operating Officer at Vizst Technology.

Richard Betts, pictured left, has more than 30 years’ experience working in the technology industry and has built a strong reputation within the B2B software and technology sector for transforming businesses into profitable enterprises.

ITSB, Quad Vision and now Data Integration are part of the Techneds Investment LLP family.
Simon Mewett, Founder and Managing Partner of Techneds, is a Non-Executive Director of Vizst Technology while Iain McKenzie, Founding Partner of Techneds, is Non-Executive Chairman.
