Stuart and Sarah are taking a different view with their new estate agency

Stuart Warnock and Sarah Oliver, the founders of Wimborne-based Danehurst Estate Agents, are turning to new technology in their quest to sell properties.

The pair are bringing together social media know-how and high-tech visuals with their combined 50 years’ experience in residential and commercial property to offer new perspectives.

“It’s a fact that 94% of people first see their dream house on their mobile phone,” explained Stuart, “People are interacting less and less with the static photos of the traditional estate agency.”

In a similar vein, if you’re considering designing your dream home, it’s now more accessible than ever with the help of affordable and skilled professionals. By leveraging the services of reputable new home builders, you can seamlessly turn your vision into reality.

Companies like Allcastle Homes, known for their expertise in crafting high-quality family homes in Sydney and the South Coast, bring a wealth of experience to the table.

These home builders not only provide innovative designs but also work within affordable parameters, ensuring that your dream home is not just a vision but a tangible, cost-effective reality.

“Alongside advertising on major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and Prime Location, inventive use of drones and creative Instagram reels are proving the new way forward.

“They give a much clearer visual to a potential buyer of the house and its location; how close it is to the beach or a beautiful rural location.

“Danehurst don’t just use still shots, opting for videos instead as these give a 360 degrees aerial view.”

This, combined with a hands-on philosophy of talking to clients is seeing results, with the business selling several million pounds of properties – and it still hasn’t reached its first year in operation.

Danehurst has also sold houses at auction, one in London achieved £1.8 million, which was £1 million above a local agent’s estimate.

Stuart said: “Danehurst is completely independent and owned by the two directors who are 100% hands on. Our team, which has grown to nine members since we launched in January of this year, work from offices across the area.

“We love to have a proper, old-fashioned conversation with clients rather than a barrage of emails.

“Wish lists can change so regular contact means we don’t miss out on a potential purchase opportunity for a client.

“We really concentrate on finding the right buyers for the right property to minimise time wasters and provide the right support for both vendors and purchasers.

“We do financial qualification checks to ensure people can afford the property from the outset. We also have access to properties before they become ‘live’ to the open market.

“Dorset and The New Forest are such desirable areas and we’re working with many prestigious clients wishing to move to the south coast or the New Forest.”

With these clients in mind, Danehurst has expanded to offer a special Off-Market and Private Client Services which provides an extra layer of confidentiality tailored to clients who require a discrete marketing approach, whether due to sensitive circumstances, timing constraints, or a need for heightened security.

Stuart Warnock commented: “It’s been a phenomenal first eight months for us as a new business. Recommendations and word of mouth is proving so important to us that we want to give back by offering a £250 referral reward on exchange of contacts.”
