Global equipment hire business Sunbelt Rentals has expanded its operations in Weymouth by relocating to a larger property on the Granby Trading Estate.
The new facility at 2-4 Albany Road was recently refurbished by DJ Property and comprises an 8,000 sq ft building with a large secure yard, upgraded facilities and better operational spaces for the firm.
This has led to the creation of three new positions within the company, with plans to recruit two additional staff soon.
Chris Jones, head of property at Sunbelt Rentals, said “Moving to a larger premises reflects our commitment to growth and will enable us to expand operations, enhance efficiency and support our ambitious future goals.”

Sunbelt Rentals has been a customer of DJ Property, which manages a portfolio of commercial units across South Dorset, for over 20 years.
