A Bournemouth PR agency has become one of the first in Dorset to launch a new digital PR service aimed at helping clients raise their business profile online.

Darren Northeast PR (DNPR) is now offering an online service, which includes service areas such as SEO (search engine optimisation), digital press releases, and influencer marketing, on top of its current list of traditional PR services.

According to DNPR, digital PR services have become highly regarded among PR professionals.

It cites a recent industry report highlighting that 152 PR agencies across the UK ranked digital content production as one of the most important practice areas of investment, compared to other PR practice areas such as B2B (business to business) communications and crisis management.

The Lansdowne-based agency, founded in 2005 by Managing Director Darren Northeast, says it has identified a gap in the market to offer businesses a new form of PR.

It has taken on new staff to provide more digital skills including Theo Meddelton, Senior Account Manager.

Matt Jenkins, DNPR’s Operations Director, said: “The team at Darren Northeast PR are proud to be one of the few agencies offering this digital PR service.

“I think this is reflective of our position in the industry locally as we are constantly pushing for new and innovative services to help our clients.”

DNPR says the new service aims to boost business’ online exposure, increase website visitors, generate new leads and enhance their online reputation.
