His favourite TV show is Top Gear, he’d like to share a car with Elon Musk, gets angry at people paying late and chooses Sandbanks as his favourite place in Dorset.

Question: What is your favourite TV show?
Answer: Top Gear.
Q: Who would you like to share a car with?
A: Elon Musk.
Q: The best bit of my job is…?
A: Seeing the beautiful buildings we create.
Q: And the worst?
A: At present, dealing with supply issues including staff.
Q: Who was your childhood hero?
A: My Dad.
Q: What’s your favourite smell?
A: Fresh tarmac being laid.
Q: Where’s your favourite place in Dorset?
A: Sandbanks.
Q: What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?
A: Choose something you are passionate about.
Q: What was your first record/CD?
A: ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ by Pink Floyd.
Q: What gets you angry?
A: Not much really, except people paying late!
Q: Do you have a favourite piece of music?
A: ‘In the Air Tonight’ by Phil Collins.
Q: What are the qualities you look for in a new employee?
A: Hard-working, respectful, honest and passionate.
Q: What’s your favourite food or dish?
A: Steak and chips.
Q: Steamed sponge pudding and custard or a plate of melon?
A: Neither, cheese and biscuits please!

A: Where we live.
Q: If you were Prime Minister for the day what would be the first thing you do?
A: Have a party! Only joking. Try and provide more support for young people starting out in business.
Q: What’s your biggest frustration?
A: Traffic jams.
Q: Where’s your favourite holiday location?
A: The Alps.
Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?
A: In Dorset and The Alps but still working.
Q: What would you like to be remembered for?
A: Being easy to get on with and good fun.
