Three new team members have joined Frettens Solicitors as the law firm adds extra firepower for a year of expansion.

Anne Albritton, Associate, and Hannah Faith, Paralegal, join the specialist Lease Extension and Enfranchisement Team while Cameron Hearn has been appointed as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.

Anne has a vast experience of lease extensions and freehold purchases, both statutory and open market.

She specialises in residential lease extensions, lease assignments, lease renewals, buying the freehold of flats and apartments together with Right to Manage and Right of First Refusal.

Hannah is a graduate of law at the University of Winchester.

Since 2016 she has spent her career working and developing her knowledge of this specialist area of property law.

Both Anne and Hannah will be based at Frettens’ new Ringwood office when it opens in the spring and will join a growing team headed up by Niki Adkins.

Niki, pictured right, said: “I am delighted to have Anne joining our specialist leasehold team.

“Having worked with her previously, I know the high quality of her work and the depth of her experience well.

“Hannah will also be a fantastic asset for the firm and will add depth to our growing team.

“I am certain they will both fit in perfectly with the team here at Frettens.

“With big leasehold reforms on the horizon and our new office in Ringwood opening soon, it is a really exciting time.”

Cameron, who was Frettens’ first new recruit of 2021,  joins the marketing team, led by Lewis Barr, as a Digital Marketing apprentice.

He will complete an 18-month apprenticeship in partnership with Bournemouth and Poole College, spending four days a week working with the marketing team, and one at the college.

Lewis, pictured left, Marketing Manager, said: “It’s an exciting time for Cameron to be joining the team.

“He really impressed us throughout a very competitive interview process, and I know he’ll fit in really well.

“I have worked with apprentices on the BPC digital marketer course in the past, so am well aware of the high quality of the course content and the students.

“We’ve been through something of a ‘digital transformation’ over the past couple of years, investing in and improving our online platforms and content.

“We’ve gone from 4,000 monthly users on our website to over 30,000 and are winning lots of new clients as a result.

“There are some big projects on the horizon as we continue to invest in digital, including a complete website rebuild and the introduction of a new CRM.

“These projects will be superb learning opportunities for Cameron, and he will be a big help in both.”

Cameron will initially provide a supporting role in the marketing team, helping create and share useful and timely information with Frettens’ growing client database and online audience.

Matt Fretten, pictured right, Managing Partner, said: “Digital Marketing has been integral to the firm’s recent growth, so it is quite fitting that the first new face of what will be one of our busiest ever years for recruitment specialises in exactly that.

“Clients have moved online.

“People find legal advice and services via search and social media, and expect to be able to interact with their lawyer digitally, so we will continue to evolve and give our clients what they want.

“Our aim is to add value to our existing clients as well as reaching out to new clients and contacts wherever they may be.

“We completely overhauled our IT infrastructure last year.

“Moving to the cloud meant we could offer a seamless service to our clients, as well as genuine flexibility to our team, throughout the pandemic.

“Adding to our digital marketing team highlights our commitment to this approach in the long-term.”
