A business trainer and coach has become one of only 420 people worldwide to be designated as a professional EOS Implementer.

Tim Watson, Founder of Traction Six, was accredited by EOS Worldwide.

EOS®  – the Entrepreneurial Operating System – is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs.

By mastering the simple way of operating, leadership teams of growth-oriented companies can systematically and permanently improve.

More than 10,000 companies are using EOS.

Tim, pictured right, who lives in Broadstone, said: “What I do is help people get what they want from their business.

“EOS is a proven system.”

Using EOS, companies can:

  • Crystalise their vision, getting everyone on the same page and rowing in the same direction.
  • Gain traction by building discipline and accountability into the organisation.
  • Create a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team and company.

Tim, 55, has spent much of his career in the software and technology sectors.

He was part of two start-ups in the early 2000’s.

The second, a marketing technology (MarTech) business, grew rapidly and was quickly sold for almost £2m.

After staying with the business a further four years, continuing the growth, Tim exited and created a digital marketing consultancy business, developing with international clients.

Five years ago, and to help grow a US business, he joined the leadership team, working remotely from the UK.

Tim said: “At that time I read Traction by Gino Wickman.

“Traction is an award-winning bestselling book that captures the proven system of EOS.

“We implemented EOS into the US business and it worked even better than expected.

“The US business grew 54 per cent to $10m over three years.

“I became a total devotee of EOS and started using the same set of tools with more companies, seeing repeated success.

“Realising my true passion is helping entrepreneurial businesses grow I’ve since dedicated my time to helping other entrepreneurs.

“I help entrepreneurs get what they want and have a better life.”
