Leading law firm Trethowans has again ranked as top tier in the Legal 500 list, having received fantastic feedback from its clients.

The firm, which has offices across the South, achieved top tier status in the renowned legal directory for services in Corporate and Commercial, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence (claimant) and Personal Tax, Trusts & Probate.

It was also recommended in a further 17 practice areas, including Agriculture & Estates, Banking & Finance, Charites & Not-For-Profit and Family.

One client commented: “They are clearly a cohesive team that has a collegiate culture. They work very well together and work to a common purpose: ensuring the best for their client.”

42 lawyers are mentioned by name in the Legal 500 UK commentary for their standout contribution to their respective practices, including Emma Wilders-Pratt (Family), Lucy Gleisner and Nick Gent (Corporate), Kelvin Farmaner and Bethany Blamire (Insurance & Regulatory) and Steve Cole (Banking & Finance), who were recognised in the ‘Leading Individuals’ group.

A client described Lucy, who is Head of the firm’s Tier 1 ranked Corporate team in Southampton, as “an experienced and successful practitioner who has led a number of complex transactions…. Her ability to defuse emotional and stressful situations and ensure that clients focus on the right topics to get them the desired result has been invaluable.”

Mihiri Gajraj (Private Client), Elizabeth Ryall (Commercial Debt Recovery) and Melia Hirst (Insolvency & Corporate Recovery) were all listed in the ‘Next Generation Partners’ group.

Managing Partner Mike Watson said: “It’s great to see so many of our team members ranked or recommended in this year’s Legal 500, with recognition across so many of our practice areas.

We are committed to providing the best possible service for individuals and businesses and are proud of all our teams’ exceptional hard work, so it is wonderful to see our teams’ efforts being recognised in the Legal 500 list with such positive testimonials from our clients. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to provide feedback on Trethowans.”
