A Dorset-based travel company is investing a further £1 million in recruitment as it expands across all areas.
Not Just Travel says the extra investment is needed in order to keep up with its burgeoning team of homeworking consultants and sharpen its focus on customer experience.

The £1 million is in addition to the £2.4 million the company has already invested in expanding its team since the beginning of 2022.
The news follows the recent announcement that the company is recruiting at least one new travel consultant through its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, on most working days.
The company trains people – many with no prior experience in travel – to become fully expert travel consultants.
For a start-up cost starting from as little as £2,995 + VAT, the company provides a ready-made travel consultancy including marketing materials, a website, booking system, training and support.
As a result, new staff roles – both in-office and remote – are being announced at its headquarters, based near Bournemouth Airport.
The roles are in operations, marketing, trade, cruise, training and business development.
Operations staff will become Experience Managers as everything integral to the holiday sale and booking process will be more focused on customer experience.
Steve Witt, Co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: “We’ve doubled in size in the last 12 months in both sales and headcount.
“We plan to double our sales again, but for our next phase we don’t need to double our headcount again, we just need to expand our formidable team of A-players.

“We’re restructuring the business with new departments being created – some recruiting people from within and some new.
“Customer experience is the key focus for us now as we centre on managing magical experiences for our valued clients.
“2023 has proven to be one of the best years yet for travel franchisee recruitment.
“We need to keep up our pace of staff recruitment to ensure we continue to offer the best training, mentorship and support in the industry.
“We are expanding in all directions, across all areas.
“With our continued investment in talent and developing our expert team, we will ensure we take the best people in the industry with us on our exciting journey.”
The UK’s fastest growing travel franchise has experienced significantly strong sales since December 2022.
Double the number of members have been recruited compared to the same period last year (January-May).
The company has recruited more new travel consultants in the first five months of 2023 than it did in the whole of 2022.
