You could call it the ‘R Factor’.
The name of Rebecca Clayton and Rebecca – also known as Becky – Old’s human resources business is R Human Resources.

As Becky, 34, puts it: “sharing ‘R’ knowledge to ensure your success – and out to do it ‘R’ way”.
And it’s not just their Christian names that the two have in common.
Both are mums, each with two children.
They also shared the same job while working in human resources at the RNLI.
Together they have a combined 36+ years’ HR experience.
Rebecca, 41, who continues to work at the RNLI on a part-time basis as HR Business Partner, founded R Human Resources in January last year.
Becky left the RNLI in 2019 and joined her former job share colleague in December.
Rebecca said: “I said to Becky: ‘How do you fancy working together?’
“We felt two heads were better than one.
“It’s also difficult working on your own with young children.
“This arrangement works perfectly and means that we’re always here for our clients.
“We consider ourselves people-focused, friendly, approachable and able to offer a very personal and seamless service.”

Bournemouth-based R Human Resources provides support to public, private, not for profit and charities in all industries.
It can offer both ad hoc and long-term HR support.
Becky said the pandemic, and questions such as furlough and redundancies, were among the hot topics being raised.
She added: “It’s a very busy time in HR and, understandably, a lot of people are looking for advice and assistance.”
On Friday March 19, 12-1pm, R Human Resources is gathering together a diverse group of business owners.
The Zoom open discussion will be about the opportunities, challenges and things to consider when planning new ways of working in a post-lockdown world.
Limited spaces are available for the event which is in association with Workforce Results.
