Nick Miles joins Whitefox Chartered Surveyors as Associate Director in Bournemouth

Nick Miles has been appointed as the Associate Director of Whitefox Chartered Surveyors, based in Bournemouth.

With 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector, Nick brings expertise in dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, building acquisition, defect analysis, technical due diligence, and development fund monitoring.

Commenting on his new role, Nick, a chartered building surveyor, said: “Such an exciting opportunity lies ahead.

“I am very much looking forward to applying my knowledge, ability and enthusiasm to steer Whitefox in further developing core building surveying services, making new connections and to help grow the building consultancy team here in Bournemouth.”

Darren Frias-Robles, Whitefox’s Managing Director, welcomed Nick to the team: “Nick is a fantastic addition to our expanding team.
