Poole-based manufacturer Norco has appointed Neil Rogers as Operations Manager for Unit 33 and 43.

Neil, who started at the end of April, will report directly to Mark Northey as an important member of the senior leadership team.

He brings a range of experience in engineering and manufacturing and, since 2019, has worked across various industries, leading teams of over 30 operatives and implementing effective systems to improve performance.

Neil’s new position will see him charged with the responsibility for client-facing and systems-based tasks, including ERP, production forecasting, planning, capacity management and KPI reporting.

Reflecting on his first month at Norco, Neil said: “I am happy to be part of the Norco team and have enjoyed leveraging my experience to drive operational improvement.

“My goal is to support and enhance our team’s capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

“I look forward to meeting and working with everyone across all sites and am excited by the many prospects and opportunities for growth within the business.”
