A recruitment agency based in Dorset has joined a very select club after being awarded platinum ‘We invest in people’ status.

Mploy Staffing Solutions, which was founded 18 years ago and now has seven branches across the South West, is among only two per cent of organisations to achieve the accolade from Investors in People.

Platinum is the highest level of accreditation possible on the ‘We invest in people’ programme and followed a rigorous process.

Mploy was ranked second in its sector, out of 46 organisations, and overall 30th from a field of 1,700 organisations.

Mark Nash, Co-Founder and Financial Director, said: “It is a privilege to be ranked second in our industry as a platinum employer, a clear indication of the dedication and hard work the team has invested in the business.

“Mploy being awarded platinum accreditation demonstrates our organisation’s commitment to high performance through good people management and that our people are going above and beyond to ensure on-going success.”

Paul Devoy, Chief Executive Officer of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Mploy Staffing Solutions.

“Platinum accreditation on ‘We invest in people’ is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Mploy in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

Investors in People was established 28 years ago and recognises organisations who seek to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

It started as a government project but is now a not for profit organisation.
