Wyatt Homes, the Dorset housebuilder, has promoted former Land Manager Marcus Warwick to Head of Land.
The 28-year-old Wimborne resident earned his promotion following a successful tenure as Land and Planning Manager since 2022.
It will see Marcus taking a leading role in acquiring land, promoting and gaining planning permission, and working closely with the wider planning, commercial, technical, construction and sales teams.
Marcus started his career after studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brooks University, further honing his skills working for a development consultancy agency before qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2019.
His extensive experience includes roles with both national master developers and housebuilders before joining Wyatt Homes.
He said: “Taking on the role of Head of Land at Wyatt Homes marks a significant milestone in my career. Wyatt Homes is embarking on exciting growth plans, and I look forward to spearheading these development initiatives to enhance our strategic vision.”
Shaun Pettitt, Managing Director at Wyatt Homes, said: “I am delighted that Marcus has been promoted to Head of Land; his exceptional dedication and talent make him well-suited to support our plans to further expand the business.”
Marcus’ promotion is part of the housebuilder’s wider commitment to fostering talent and promoting internally, with the aim of ensuring a strong and capable leadership team to drive the business’ continued growth in the housebuilding market.
