A recruitment agency is living up to its name by showcasing Tru Talent in the shape of Commonwealth Games hopefuls Niko Gleed and Harry Jones.

The Westbourne-based business has partnered with the Bournemouth beach volleyball duo as they embark on the final leg of their journey towards the games.

The event takes place in Birmingham from July 28 to August 8.

Toni Taylor, Founder and Managing Director of Tru Talent, said: “We’ve decided to partner with Team Gleed & Jones because their journey so far has been so inspiring.

“As they embark on the final leg towards the games in Birmingham we knew we wanted to be the vital support they needed to make their Commonwealth dreams come true.

“More than that, we wanted to use this opportunity to share their journey to a wider audience.

“To inspire others not just across sport but across every area of life.

“We’ll share an intimate insight into what it really takes to achieve Commonwealth success.

“You’ll see all the highs, and the lows, training, competitions, and hopefully see the guys pick up gold at this year’s Commonwealth Games.

“Our guiding principles at Tru Talent are to Grow, Empower and Nurture.

“We are so excited to see how living these values not only impacts Team Gleed & Jones but how it impacts our local community, full of amazing talent and awesome people.”

Niko said: “Tru’s got good values of championing talent, especially in the Bournemouth area.

“We were born and raised in Bournemouth so we want to find ways to give back and be connected with the community around here.”

Harry added: “Our sport is not a mainstream sport in the UK.

“Finding these opportunities, with companies like Tru and other brands, is really making it sustainable for us to pursue our dreams and goals.

“We’re really excited we’ve got their support this year.”

Tru Talent has just celebrated its second anniversary.

The agency specialises in temporary, commercial and automotive recruitment.
