A new type of networking group launches in Bournemouth this week.
ECOllective is a space for ethical businesses, charities and NGOs to connect, share best practise, collaborate, and communicate.
Founded by Warrior Agency, an ethical PR specialist, and ETHICLY, an ethical digital marketing agency, ECOllective’s first meeting will be welcoming three guest speakers.
Hosted by the UK’s number one eco-boutique hotel, Bournemouth’s The Green House Hotel, they will share their knowledge and spark thought-provoking conversations.
Neil Carter, General Manager at The Green House Hotel, will be speaking about the hotel’s latest initiatives and plans for an even greener future.
Lucy Cullinane, Operations Director of Efeca, will be talking about the Dorset Sustainable Palm Oil Movement, and Adam Wright, Head of Commercial at measurable.energy, will be discussing changing human behaviours in energy consumption.
Following the speakers there will be time and space for guests to ask questions directly to the speakers as well as informal networking.
Lizzie McManus, Founder of Warrior Agency, said: “I realised there wasn’t a dedicated space for ethical and sustainable brands in BCP, so we thought we’d create one.
“We’re planning on ECOllective becoming a quarterly event and a space for planet passionate businesses and groups to come together as a community, to share knowledge and move forward.
“We’re really excited to see ECOllective flourish and become a regular space for connections to grow.”
ECOllective’s first chapter is at The Green House Hotel, Bournemouth from 3pm – 5pm on Thursday January 19.
