The 2022 Poole Goes Vintage was launched in style at Poole Quay Hotel, one of this year’s sponsors.

Guests included local organisations, traders, suppliers, and supporters.

Singer Retro Rita performed live music while Liam Childs, Owner of Locals Own, served up cocktails.

The celebration of all things vintage will be managed by Stir Events in partnership with BCP Council with funding from Festival Coast Live.

It takes place on Saturday July 9 and Sunday July 10 and includes live music from the 1940s to 1960s.

Other attractions include a vintage fashion show across both days, fairground rides, stalls and face painting for children as well as traders selling vintage clothing, jewellery and gifts.

Motor enthusiasts can enjoy the Classic Car Exhibition and Show and Shine Competition with cars managed by South Coast Cruisers.

Mandy Polkey, Managing Director of Stir Events, said: “We’re really looking forward to hosting this vintage spectacular on Poole Quay this July.

“It’s such a wonderful opportunity for locals, visitors, and the business community to come together and celebrate Poole and all things vintage.

“A great day out for everyone.”

Sponsors include Festival Coast Live, Poole Quay Hotel, Oak Photography, Locals Own, Warrior Agency, BCP Council, Pulford Publicity, and Hot Radio.
