Direct Hiring Solutions is looking to disrupt the UK recruitment market following a successful soft launch across the South Coast.

The Bournemouth business allows jobseekers to promote their profile directly and anonymously to employers, with 2,000 registered profiles and counting.

“Recruitment is the only sector where companies are unable to procure their staffing needs online”, said founder David Heron, who’s also CEO of Bournemouth-based Net Recruit.

The site integrates with Jobs 2U Direct, a platform and app where jobseekers can create a profile and outline the type of roles they’re seeking.

Among its clients is Horizon Honda, which runs dealerships in Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.
