Evolve Advisory in Poole recently brought together more than 80 local business leaders for a session with an inspiring trio as they prepare to row across the Atlantic this December.

Julie, Sally and Ed shared their experience with guests at Marsham Court Hotel, speaking candidly about their fears, the excitement of taking on such a monumental task, and the intensive preparation involved.

Together, they reflected on teamwork, leadership and perseverance – qualities essential both in rowing and in business.

During a Q&A, attendees were able to ask more about the mental and physical aspects of preparation, as well as the strategies the trio used to stay motivated in the face of adversity.
