Insurance giant Gallagher hosted a two-day conference at the RNLI College in Poole.

Called ‘Evolution 2023’, the sales conference saw more than 60 staff attend from across the South West and South Coast regions.

Steve Risk, Regional Managing Director, South West, said: “The two-day programme was designed to drive the continued evolution of our sales strategy to ensure we create a market leading sales proposition in a continually evolving and competitive marketplace.
