Sabah Siddiq has joined the planning and environment team at South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge as a senior associate.
She has more than 15 years’ experience working for both local planning authorities and private practices across the South.
Sabah advises and negotiates on complex s106 agreements, nutrient mitigation agreements, highway agreements and biodiversity net gain, as well as matters involving the community infrastructure levy, judicial reviews, planning statutory appeals, listed buildings and planning enforcement.
