Sabah brings ‘vast experience’ to new role on Lester Aldridge’s planning & environment team

Sabah Siddiq has joined the planning and environment team at South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge as a senior associate.

Lester Aldridge logoShe has more than 15 years’ experience working for both local planning authorities and private practices across the South.

Sabah advises and negotiates on complex s106 agreements, nutrient mitigation agreements, highway agreements and biodiversity net gain, as well as matters involving the community infrastructure levy, judicial reviews, planning statutory appeals, listed buildings and planning enforcement.

Tom Alder, partner and head of the firm’s planning team, said: “We are pleased to welcome Sabah to the team.

Lester Aldridge’s planning and environment team advises national and regional developers on all legal aspects of planning.

Sabah will be based at the firm’s Bournemouth office.
