Trethowans Solicitors are preparing to launch a Charity Trustee Network on the South Coast.

The network, which will aim to facilitate connections between charity trustees in the region, will be launched at an event in Poole on 13th March, and then in Southampton on 30th April.

Charities Partner Kirsteen Hook said, “The Trethowans Charity Trustee Network aims to facilitate Trustees from along the South Coast to come together, connect, share experiences, recommendations, best practices and to engage in topical discussions about the sector’s opportunities and challenges.”

“We are delighted to be launching in Poole and Southampton as we have seen first-hand the benefit of Trustees engaging with other charity Trustees at events and training sessions that the business has hosted in the past and decided that it would be an extremely beneficial forum and likely to be a popular, well attended network.”

“These will be relaxed and informal free networking events with some drinks and nibbles, open to any charity Trustees from across the region.”

The inaugural networking event will take place from 4.30pm to 6.00pm on the 13 March 2024, at Trethowans, Merchants House, Vanguard Rd, Poole BH15 1PH.
