He’s described as the man of the moment and the most talked about person in sport – and he’s coming to Dorset in September.

IAM Events, in partnership with Gold Star Promotions, is bringing WBC Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury to the south coast as part of Fury Fest – The Official After Party Tour.

Tickets for the event, at Lighthouse, Poole, go on sale next Friday, June 24.

They’re expected to be snapped up like hot cakes.

It’s a return visit to Dorset for the boxer who’s constantly in the headlines.

Known for bringing ‘knockouts’ to the area, IAM Events previously held an exclusive ‘up close and personal’ sold out event with Fury at AFC Bournemouth in 2019.

It has also hosted exclusive ‘An Evening with…’ events since 2018 with high-profile guests including Floyd Mayweather, pictured left, Anthony Joshua and Jason Fox.

The IAM Tyson Fury event, on Friday September 23, will feature a theatre-style audience and an ‘after party’ atmosphere.

It’s planned to be a night of celebration, fresh off the back of Fury recently defending his heavyweight champion titles in a knockout victory over Dillian Whyte.

Ty Temel, Founder of IAM Events, said: “I’m blown away to be bringing Fury down south once again.

“The atmosphere when we had our last event with him in 2019 was electric.

“One of the highlights had to be Tyson deciding to wander around the room with the mic and do his own Q&A.

“The delight on guests’ faces was brilliant.

“He is not just an unstoppable force in boxing, he’s someone that transcends sport and connects with people on such a human level.

“With us, he showed humour, character and genuine vulnerability.

“He then finished the night with a good sing-song with the whole audience.

“I can’t wait for round two in September.”

Tickets for the event go on sale at Lighthouse, Poole, at 10am on Friday June 24.

They will range from general seating to VVIP with a limited number of packages including a meet/greet and a professional, souvenir photograph with Fury, also known as the ‘Gypsy King’.

Ty, whose business interests also include Halo Bournemouth, R1SE gym, SandFest, SandPolo, Gee Whites (Swanage) and his newly launched podcast ‘Off Script’, added: “Expect an in-depth interview with Tyson Fury, special guests, plus an auction and quality entertainment.

“A night not to be missed!”
