Brewery Reach, the first phase of the Brewers Quay regeneration in Weymouth, has come to the market through Savills.
The phase features six new townhouses and 12 apartments, along with three converted bungalows in Hope Square, all to a high specification including kitchens and bathrooms with study for each of the townhouses.
The apartments each have their own private balcony or terrace opening out from the living space, while the houses have a private garden as well as an upper floor Juliette balcony. All of the homes have allocated parking.
The converted bungalows at Coopers Mews are within the grounds of the Grade II listed brewery building, which is itself undergoing redevelopment into luxury apartments, a museum and three retail units.
Alice Church of Savills residential development sales team in Dorset says: “The launch of Brewery Reach represents the first residential phase of this landmark development. With a number of off-plan reservations already made, we anticipate continued demand from a range of buyers attracted by the high specification and the vibrant, quayside location in central Weymouth.”
Prices are from £290,000 for the apartments and £485,000 for the townhouses, which are set to be complete later this year, while the converted bungalows at Coopers Mews, due to be complete this spring, start from £420,000.
