Invest in Dorset! New website launched to showcase county’s diverse business landscape

Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has teamed up with Dorset Council and BCP Council to launch the Invest in Dorset website.

Dorset LEP logoThe new site celebrates the county’s flourishing, innovation-fuelled economy in a bid to drive investment and growth in the region.

It features a range of local business case studies covering six key sectors…

  • Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Agritech and Aquaculture
  • Defence and Security
  • Digital and Creative
  • Financial Services
  • Maritime and Marine

The site also signposts to academic provision and business support in the county, aiming to serve as an all-in-one tool for potential investors, SMEs and education providers.

Shelley Collins-Trevett, head of business growth and inward investment at Dorset LEP, said: “On behalf of the Invest in Dorset team, I’m pleased to announce the launch of the new website.

“It’s a brand-new platform to showcase Dorset’s varied business landscape.

“This new digital resource provides an insight into Dorset’s key priority sectors and demonstrates our commitment to fostering growth and innovation across Dorset.”
