Liz Lean PR (LLPR), a Poole-based communications agency, has hit a winning streak with a trio of achievements.

The agency has been appointed as the PR partner for luxury technology solutions provider HiiLIFE and renowned British sculptor Simon Gudgeon.

Adding to its recent successes, LLPR also secured the award for best ‘Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle’ campaign at the 2024 Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards.

LLPR, which operates from its headquarters in Dorset with satellite offices in London and France, has been selected as the retained PR agency for HiiLIFE.

The agency will manage both B2B and B2C press offices, implementing a multi-channel communications strategy aimed at elevating HiiLIFE’s reputation across the construction, property, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors, as well as among high-net-worth homeowners.

In addition to this, LLPR has been chosen to manage the personal PR for Simon Gudgeon, an internationally acclaimed sculptor whose works are showcased in prestigious locations such as Hyde Park and Kew Gardens, as well as private collections, including at Highgrove House.

This appointment builds on LLPR’s existing relationship with Gudgeon, having already handled PR for his sculpture park, Sculpture by the Lakes, since August 2023.

Over the past year, the agency has achieved significant results for the park, including reaching over 700 million potential customers through 199 pieces of coverage across print, online, and broadcast media.

Liz Willingham, managing director at LLPR, expressed her excitement about the new partnerships: “It is a real privilege to be adding HiiLIFE and Simon Gudgeon Sculpture to our portfolio of high-quality clients.

“As a sector-agnostic agency, our work is broad and varied, meaning no two days and no two strategies are the same. Both of these brands demand a highly bespoke approach to PR, utilising communications tactics appropriately to connect with their target audiences.”

LLPR’s recent recognition at the CIPR Excellence Awards further cements its status as a leading agency.

The award was granted for LLPR’s ‘Best Day Ever’ campaign for Paultons Park, a popular theme park located on the south coast. The campaign, which was designed to position Paultons Park as the UK’s theme park of choice for families during the 2023 summer holidays, delivered impressive results.

The multi-channel strategy generated 112 positive media mentions with a reach of over 61 million, attracted over 1.8 million Instagram users through collaborations, and drove nearly 35,000 online mentions—an increase of more than 580 per cent compared to the previous year.

Rob Griffiths, head of marketing and communications at Paultons Park, praised LLPR’s efforts: “LLPR thoroughly deserve this award win.

“The team delivered great work on our Best Day Ever campaign and provide high-quality support and consultancy to us every day. I really enjoy working with LLPR, not only because the team do an excellent job but because they are nice, genuine people too.”

LLPR, now in its 26th year, continues to support firms across various sectors with a range of services, including public relations, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, social media, and event management.
