It’s called Revive HIIT Fusion and its creator says she’s found nothing else like it in the UK.
Rachel Huggins launched yoga and Pilates classes in Ashley Cross, Poole, last year after moving back to the UK from Canada.

The yoga, Pilates and fitness instructor also decided to create her own hybrid fusion training class.
It incorporates all the elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT), barre (a toning, body-weight-lifting workout), Pilates and yoga-inspired movements.
And now, after teaching it to a small collective of friends and class members, Rachel is – in her words – “ready to take the plunge and bring it to you all”.
She said: “Revive HIIT Fusion is described as a cardio and strength-based, no repeat, high energy workout.
“It infuses HIIT exercises, Pilates core, barre strength and yoga poses all wrapped up into one.

“It’s fast pace and creative style makes for a fun and exciting workout, always fresh and therefore never boring.
“It’s perfect for someone wanting to work the entire body building up a good sweat, increasing your heart rate to improve cardio and strength.
“This workout works the large muscle groups as well as all the small twitch muscles, the muscles we often forget about.
“It’s for anyone seeking a new and inspirational way of working out and receiving fast results.
“I have found nothing else like this in the UK so far.”
Rachel, who is now collaborating with Ben Mills at YRD1 in Poole, officially launches Revive HIIT Fusion next month.
She is hosting the first retreat of its kind – THE REBOOT Retreat – on Saturday October 8 at Bournemouth’s Queens Hotel and Spa.
Anyone attending the retreat – which aims to Revive, Regenerate and Recentre – will be offered a discount on the upcoming launch of Rachel’s ‘7 Day Reboot’.
The course guides participants through seven days of practices including meditation, yoga, Pilates and Revive HIIT Fusion.
The online Revive HIIT Fusion begins on Friday October 14 with sign-ups available through Rachel’s Revive with Rachel website.

Rachel, 32, said: “I have hosted three successful yoga and healing retreats since I have been back in the UK collaborating with some great people.
“The Reboot retreat will be my fourth.
“My plans for the future are to be able to hold regular retreats and promote the Reboot way of life and to host an increased number of local classes.”
