The ‘wobblers’ from Good Vibrations.

Forest Holme Hospice celebrates its 30th anniversary this year – and for seven friends from Poole, this was the perfect opportunity to raise some much-needed funds for the hospice.
Jan Kingsland, Cherry Lorberg, Alex Thornton, Sharon Baker, Barry Grundy, Rob Foden and Kayleigh Williams are all members of Good Vibrations based at The Junction in Broadstone, which runs a whole-body vibration workout to help boost health and wellbeing.
These ‘wobblers’ took to the skies at Old Sarum Airfield near Sailsbury, jumping out of a plane from 15,000 feet and free falling for 60 seconds at 125 mph.
So far, they’ve raised over £5,000 for the hospice charity, which provides palliative and end-of life-care and support to more than 1,500 people each year across Poole, Wimborne and the Isle of Purbeck.
“We had an amazing time with the skydive”, said Jan.
“It was a team effort as there were six of us and we were all there to support each other and watch each one of us go up and down!”
Forest Holme Hospice holds a special place for Good Vibrations, as the charity has cared for many of the wobblers’ friends and family over the years.
