Ian Rathbone, Head of Engineering at Talk Think Do

Dorset tech firm, Talk Think Do, has appointed a new Head of Engineering.
Ian Rathbone has over 20 years of experience in the software industry.
He joins Talk Think Do from 4Com, where he previously worked for five years as Software Development Manager.
Before that he was Head of Development & IT at a company previously owned by the Richmond Group.
Ian also dealt with software development and cloud-based services for companies based in Australia and France.
He said: “I’ve been admiring Talk Think Do from afar for some time and found the homely culture and client-facing role an attractive offer, so I jumped at the opportunity to join the company.
“I’m excited to dive deeper into the fast-evolving world of AI to enhance my knowledge and gain further accreditations, while also encouraging the team to do so.”
