Manchester-based operator mydentist has shared plans to transform a detached commercial building in Wimborne into a dental care practice.
The 10,778 sq ft premises at 10 Wimborne Road will be extensively refurbished and are expected to open to the public in late Spring 2025.
Property consultancy Vail Williams coordinated the sale.
Bryony Thompson, an associate at Vail Williams’ Bournemouth office, said: “We anticipated keen interest, with mydentist signing a 15-year lease following planning consent for 17 surgery rooms.”
Spanning two floors, the building features a steel-clad sedum green roof, ground source heat pump and LED lighting – all contributing to an EPC A rating for sustainability.
Bournemouth solicitors Steele Raymond acted for the landlord in the deal, while property agency Primmer Olds, with an office in Wimborne, acted for mydentist.
