It was a night to remember for tourism sector businesses as the Destination Management Board Tourism awards rolled into town in carnival style.

More than 220 people from Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding areas attended the evening, held at the Bournemouth Pavilion Ballroom, with the sounds of Samba Panashe welcoming them and setting the tone for the rest of the night.
This was followed up by an opening ceremony produced and choreographed by this year’s Creative Director Hollie Exton, who kept the guests entertained until it was time for food to be served.
Following the meal, the room’s energy was raised by South Coast singer Susie Kimber, who encouraged everyone to get on their feet and dance before the awards commenced.
Rounding out the tourism awards, the SKB party band finished the night and made sure everyone went home thoroughly entertained.
