Dorset Tea wins coveted award as judges hail ‘wonderfully refreshing’ Wild About Mint blend

Dorset Tea has been awarded three stars at the 2024 Nourish Awards, topping the table for its ‘Wild About Mint’ blend.

Dorset Tea logoThe awards are recognised as one of the most prestigious accolades in the hot beverage industry, celebrating excellence and innovation in tea, coffee and other hot drinks.

A panel of nutritionists, dietitians and experts judged the entries on quality, nutrition and sustainability.

And as it turned out, Wild About Mint – a mix of peppermint, fennel, juniper and nettle – was a firm favourite.

Diana Babics, founder of the Nourish Awards, hailed the blend “a wonderfully refreshing mint tea with a delightful blend of digestive friendly ingredients”.

Judges “loved the fresh aroma and the light, refreshing taste of the tea”, highlighting the combination of spearmint and nettle as a good choice for supporting digestion.

Wild About Mint is one of 12 blends from Dorset Tea available in retailers, cafes and restaurants across the county.
