Following on from the success of venues in Branksome and Hove, hospitality and lifestyle group Rockwater has confirmed its third venue will open in Sandbanks, Poole next spring.

Rockwater Sandbanks is set to be the brand’s largest venue yet, creating more than 150 jobs.

Spread across two floors and with an outdoor terrace, it will serve as a year-round hub for dining, socialising, wellness activities and entertainment.

Luke Davis, founder and CEO of Rockwater, said: “We’re incredibly excited to open our third Rockwater in 2025.

“Sandbanks will set a new standard for luxury coastal hospitality in the UK.

“Under our roof, guests will enjoy everything from beachside gourmet dining to wellness classes and live music, bringing a hospitality experience that’s aligned with Sandbanks’ prestigious reputation.”

The new venue promises a ‘Mayfair-quality menu’ by the beach, including an open-flame cookery area serving fish and meat – as well as a cocktail bar with retractable roof.

It’s also set to house a kitchen producing bread, pastries and sauces for both Rockwater Sandbanks and Branksome, complementing the brand’s takeaway shacks.
