Extra tickets released for Walk, Talk and Collaborative Lunch property event in Bournemouth

Extra tickets have been released for the ‘Walk, Talk and Collaborative Lunch’ event taking place in Bournemouth on Thursday, 18th April.

The event will start at the 100,000 sq ft office building 100 Holdenhurst Road with a guided tour from Nella Pang of Omega RE, featuring an insightful retrofit discussion with Gary Wilburn of EG Projects.

Kevin Marsh of Savills will then lead an engaging walking tour through Bournemouth town centre, showcasing development opportunities and progress.

As part of this tour, attendees will visit Bobby’s, where they will be given exclusive, behind-the-scenes insights into the refurbishment process and learn about development plans from Nick Coupe of Verve Properties.

The walking tour will finish at The Nici, Bournemouth, where participants will hear from a panel of speakers hosted by Timo Peach, touching on opportunities, costs of materials for development and why to invest in the BCP region.

Panelists will include Kevin Marsh, Head of Licensed Leisure at Savills, Caroline Peach, Head of Strategic Planning at BCP Council, Bryony Thompson, Chartered Surveyor at Vail Williams, Simone Ippolito, Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce, Carl Battle, Branch Director at Elliotts Builders Merchant.

This event promises to be an invaluable opportunity for anyone interested in the future of Bournemouth’s commercial landscape,” said Lucy Richmond, event organiser.
