Goadsby has successfully completed the letting of two retail units to Wenzel’s the Bakers in Southbourne and Parkstone.
Founded in 1975 in London, the well-established bakery chain has more than 100 stores throughout England.
It is expanding in this region with its first openings in Poole Bus Station and Winchester city centre with additional openings in the pipeline.
Edd Watts, of Goadsby, said: “I am pleased to see the recent openings of Wenzel’s in both Southbourne and Parkstone.
“They have spent considerable sums on their fit out, providing a quality offering in both locations.
“The lettings to Wenzel’s also provide our clients with a secure and reliable tenant for their buildings.”
