Poole-based business communications specialist, Green IP, has secured a double win as it partners with Premier League football club, AFC Bournemouth, while continuing its international growth.

The fast-growing company, known for its revolutionary sustainability approach, has become an Executive Regional Partner of the football club for the upcoming season.

Green IP, which was rebranded from TXI Communications two years ago, aims to enhance its visibility through this partnership.

The company will benefit from pitch-side advertising and corporate match day sponsorships, reaching fans both in the stadium and at home.

Matthew Brown, Green IP’s Business Development Executive, described the partnership as an exciting new chapter for the company, which has also expanded into the US.

Matthew said: “This opportunity allows Green IP to reach new heights, connecting our brand with the passionate fan base of AFC Bournemouth. Our logo will be visible on digital boards around the stadium, ensuring it is seen by thousands of fans at every home game. We will also feature on TV screens throughout the concourses and hospitality areas, as well as sponsor a match day ball for one game.”

The company has made significant strides in expanding its client base, both domestically and internationally, including work with a prestigious private members club in London. Matthew emphasised the importance of the partnership in fuelling Green IP’s growth: “Supporting our local club and wider community while raising our awareness too is a win-win scenario.”

Rob Mitchell, Commercial Director at AFC Bournemouth, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying: “It’s great to have another local company supporting our regional partner programme, and we look forward to a long association with Green IP.”

Adding to its accolades, Green IP was recently awarded the Sustainability Partner of the Year by global collaboration service partner, Evolve IP. Paul Harrison, Evolve IP’s MD across EMEA, commended the company’s commitment to sustainability: “Green IP is on a mission to be a net carbon business and a pioneer in sustainable cloud communications.”

Green IP’s dedication to sustainability is reflected in its substantial investments in electric vehicles and renewable energy-powered offices. The company’s green technology solutions also empower customers to work from any location, reducing carbon emissions and environmental impact.

Matthew concluded: “Working with Green IP means supporting eco-friendly practices and making a positive impact on the planet. Our football club sponsorship allows us to spread this message even further. Come on you Cherries!”
