Future Leaders Breakfast (FLB), the networking and leadership coaching organisation, is set to return to Bournemouth and Poole with the backing of new collaboration partner Steele Raymond.
The programme, run by leadership coach and mentor Astrid Davies, aims help local future leaders learn management and leadership skills, as well as make connections and build their networks in a fun and friendly face-to-face environment.
As well as networking opportunities, the FLB events follow a structured programme of training, covering themes such as ethical leadership, management techniques, goal setting, time management, appraisals and how to network.
The first event in the new collaboration will be held on Tuesday 11 June at Steele Raymond’s offices on Richmond Hill in Bournemouth.
Astrid Davies said: “I am so excited to be bringing the FLB brand back to the heart of Bournemouth in collaboration with Steele Raymond, a firm that has such a renowned commitment to developing its people.
“We have exciting events planned for 2024 and I look forward to welcoming new faces and regular attendees when we open up on 11 June.”
Shaun Guppy, Partner and Training Principal at Steele Raymond, added: “We are delighted with the opportunity to collaborate with Astrid, welcoming the up and coming talent from across the conurbation to the Future Leaders Breakfast events in Bournemouth.
“Developing leadership, management and networking skills is so important for those in the early years of their professional careers. The FLB programme offers such a great all-round training, networking and mentoring experience, we’re really looking forward to the first event in June.”
