Poole-based strategic advisory Evolve has welcomed its newest team member, Becky Philips.
Becky brings extensive experience in business, bolstered by a wealth of international experience, offering fresh perspectives and insights to the business’ clients.
She launched her first business in recruitment at the age of 26, growing it alongside her business partner to become a market leader.
A decade on, having navigated economic highs and lows and in response to emerging markets, Becky expanded her horizons by moving to Dubai to open open a Middle East office.
Her industry expertise was further recognised through her thought-leader position and a 2-year tenure as president of a trade association.
Becky said she believes in creating a strong company culture, building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Expressing her enthusiasm about joining Evolve, Becky commented: “I’m excited to take up this new role, join the team, and support Evolve clients in driving business and personal success.”
