Commercial property agents Goadsby have successfully let Units 42 and 43 at Churchill Business Park in Poole.
The two new industrial/warehouse premises each have a ground floor spanning 1,001 sq ft along with a 500 sq ft first-floor storage mezzanine, along with EV charging points and solar panels.
Ludere Studios will be taking the 3,002 sq total space at an annual headline rent of £37,500.
Joe Holderness, surveyor at Goadsby, said: “We’re delighted to complete the letting to Ludere Studios, who are looking to start a photography studio for a variety of clients on a local and national scale.”
Earlier this year, Goadsby’s Poole office also oversaw the launch of 86 apartments at The Sloop, a major new development on Commercial Road.
