Sharron joined Arena Offices as Operations Director in 2003 and oversaw the majority of the business decisions and strategy, contributing significantly to the company’s prosperity.

Throughout Sharron’s leadership, Arena experienced remarkable expansion, prompting the owners to recognise her exceptional abilities and commitment.

In 2021, she was promoted to the role of Managing Director, assuming a pivotal role in steering the company towards even greater accomplishments.

Currently, Arena offers ten thousand desks, catering to almost 600 clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and Dorset. Arena is on track to invest in and open a new property every year for the next five years.

Sharron’s most recent milestone at Arena includes developing The Grosvenor building in Basingstoke.

Under her leadership, what was once an eyesore on the Basingstoke skyline has been transformed into a visually appealing and innovative new business hub which opened in November 2023.

Sharron Domanska said, “I am truly humbled to receive the Property Professional of the Year award at the Dynamic Awards 2024.

“This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Arena Offices team. Together, we have created a thriving community where businesses can flourish and succeed.”

“I am excited to continue leading Arena Offices towards even greater achievements in the future.”
