Local jeweller Honour Jewellery are celebrating having picked up three awards at the Shaftesbury Business Awards.

The business picked up Independent Business of the Year, Retail Business of the Year and Overall Business of the Year.

Other businesses celebrating with guests at the Shaftesbury Arts Centre included The Coppleridge Inn (Best Pub) We are Alfred (B2B Business) The Kitchen Table (New Business) We Heat South (Customer Service) and the BV Magazine (Digital)

These second annual awards were supported by many leading local businesses plus Shaftesbury Town Council whose Mayor, Cllr Virginia Edwyn-Jones helped to hand out the awards on the day and said.

‘The business awards are a great opportunity for our town to recognise the business owners that contribute so much to the richness and quality of our life and a wonderful moment for business owners to take a break from work and find out how much they are valued and appreciated’.
